

HUNTVE RETURN POLICY
Thank you for choosing HuntVe Electric 4x4 Vehicles. We take pride in the quality and performance of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the policy below:
1. Returns & Exchanges
Vehicles:
All vehicle sales are final and non-returnable once delivery has been accepted. Each HuntVe is built to order and fully inspected prior to shipment to ensure top performance and customer satisfaction. If you experience any issues with your vehicle, please contact your dealer for warranty support.
Parts & Accessories:
Unused and uninstalled parts or accessories may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all included components and documentation.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Custom orders or made-to-order parts

Electrical components that have been installed or used, or are not in the original, unopened packaging.

Items marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at parts@huntve.com or call us at 888-554-5953. We’ll authorize the return and provide instructions for shipping the item back.

Returns without prior authorization may be denied.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange for a prompt replacement or repair at no cost to you.
